We're changing how Webhound is billed. Starting November 17, 2025, Webhound will use a pay-as-you-go model. You'll add credits to your account, use them as needed, and pay only for what you use with no recurring fees or subscriptions.
On November 17, 2025, all active subscriptions will end and your final monthly payment will be refunded.

Why We're Making This Change
Many users rely on Webhound at different scales throughout the month. Pay-as-you-go pricing gives everyone the same flexibility: no idle subscriptions, no waste, and total cost visibility for each action performed.
Important: For Current Subscribers
On November 17, 2025, all subscriptions will end. You will keep full access through that date.
Here's what happens next:
We'll refund your last month's subscription payment automatically. Refunds will begin processing on November 17, 2025 and should appear within 5-10 business days.
You can then switch to credits and continue using Webhound right away.
Prefer Credits Instead of a Refund?
If you'd rather receive double your last month's fee in Webhound credits and cancel the refund, email us at team@webhound.ai before November 17, 2025. We'll credit your account with 2x your subscription value.
